Get in touch
Creativo Labs is a small independent project, and email is the only channel. Anything you send arrives with the person who builds and maintains the site.
One address, for everything.
There is no contact form and no ticketing system. Replies are written by hand, so please allow a few days — this is not a staffed support desk, and no response time is promised.
A subject line that says what the message is about genuinely helps. The links below just pre-fill one.
Reporting a bug
The most useful kind of message.
If a tool produced the wrong result, failed silently, or refused a file it should have accepted, please say so. Including these makes it far more likely to be fixed:
- Which tool, and the settings you used.
- What you expected, and what happened instead — including any error message, quoted exactly.
- The file type and rough size. Please do not attach client work or anything confidential; a description is enough to start.
- Your browser and operating system.
Corrections and suggestions
The guides are written to be accurate rather than comprehensive, and corrections are welcome — particularly on anything about print, colour management or a specific platform's current requirements, which change without announcement.
Requests for new tools are read, though nothing is promised. The constraint worth knowing is that the image tools run entirely in your browser, so anything needing a server-side encoder is out of scope by design.
Privacy and legal
Questions about data handling are answered in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. Short version: there are no accounts, so there is no personal data held on our side to export or delete.
For anything those pages do not cover — including a copyright concern about material on the site — use the same address and mark the subject line accordingly.
What we cannot help with
- Stock platform decisions. We are not affiliated with Adobe, Shutterstock, Freepik or any other agency, and have no visibility into reviews, rejections, rankings or payouts. Those queries have to go to the platform.
- Google Gemini accounts, quotas and billing. The AI tools use a key you obtain from Google, and your relationship over it is with Google.
- Recovering your work. Nothing you process is stored on any server, so there is nothing to retrieve after you close the tab. That is the design, but it does mean a lost result is genuinely lost.
